Another Check...

So I am trying to make a left turn and I have the right of way...and another car that is at the stop sign and had been waiting before I got there THINKS it is a 4 way stop so he apparently THINKS it is his turn before mine. Nope. He even honked at me cuz I was turning and trying to get past him on a one lane road.
