A Tunnel Perchance?

Sometimes, especially after I just get 3 chips fixed in my car windshield...and a friend's friend's car side window gets hit by a rock and the window totally shatters,...

That a tunnel on every freeway (that trucks and cars pulling trailers with shovels etc., would have to travel through so that the poor little cars could get to their destinations in safety) does not sound like a bad idea...
