Nothing new to report other than I ran for an hour on my treadmill last night. Phew. It feels so good to do that. I just need to be more consistent. Such a great workout!!! I love it when I actually do it.Happy Thursday!

Thursday hath come. Hooray!
So here is a sketch of a professor of mine from BYU. His name is Bob Barrett. He is an amazing illustrator. His artwork is everywhere it seems. So I drew a sketch of him. Ta da. (I should have spent more time on his right hand...Ah well.)

Running for an hour? Dang. I was feeling good about my 30 minutes on the elliptical. Sigh. But good for you!
